Evangelist Vikki Rochelle Carter grew up in an Apostolic Church in Inglewood, California.  At the age of 13, she was baptized and received the gift of the Holy Ghost.  As a child, she recognized the Apostolic anointing that fell on her and she has never let it go. 

In 2010, Evang. Vikki officially answered her call to preach and teach the Gospel as God purposed for her to do.  Her first message was from the book of Ruth entitled “I’m Sitting with the Reapers!” 

After much prayer, in 2014, God led Evang. Vikki to join Worship In Truth COGIC to receive the excellent bible teaching and mentorship from Pastor Kevin T. Moreland and Lady Cynthia Moreland. Then, in 2016, she studied and received her National Evangelist license with the Church of God In Christ after being recommended by Pastor Moreland.  However, Vikki Rochelle Ministries is non-denominational to reach all ministries types within the body of Christ. In 2019, Evang. Vikki attended the WIT Bible Institute in San Bernardino, CA where she graduated and received a Certificate of Completion in Biblical Studies.

Evang. Vikki is known for her practical yet powerful preaching style, whereas God has used her mightily to preach and teach the word at Women’s Conferences, Women’s Retreats, Convocations, and Revivals.  God has anointed her with spiritual gifts and talents including the gift of Faith, Healing, Discernment, Administration, and Helps. 

In 2021, God released Evangelist Vikki to brand and expand Vikki Rochelle Ministries in an effort to reach the masses. She has connected with ministries across the nation.  Her ministry has ‘Operation Give-Back aka OGB' programs to provide financial support and blessings to others; including a college scholarship program for youth and young adults.  In 2024, Evang. Vikki announced “A View of The Word – with Vikki Rochelle Carter” broadcast, which will primarily focus on a biblical review in multiple mini-series format.  Her desire is to reach God’s people around the globe.

Evang. Vikki stood in faith for several years for God to bless her with her Boaz; and in May 2024, God did just that!  She married the gifted singer, songwriter, musician and Producer, Minister Tracy Carter. Together, the two of them are building their non-profit ministry, Soil of Truth Ministries, and other community outreach programs. This dynamic duo also developed EPIC Increase Corporation to consist of multiple business ventures within their enterprise.

Evang. Vikki recognizes that God has especially called her to a ministry of healing and deliverance for His people.  She is commissioned to bring about a legacy of change and she is a woman on fire for the Lord!
